Take Home Kit Instructions
Ingredients
1 Bee's Red Rice Kit
Directions:
1. Leave kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Remove kit from main plastic bag.
4. Remove clear plastic lid from the baking tray.
5. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir.
7. Recover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Cook time depends on oven.
9. Check internal temperature by inserting a digital thermometer into rice, it needs to reach 165 degrees F.
10. Serve as a side dish with your main course.
11. ENJOY!
Ingredients
1 Chowder or Gumbo Kit
Directions:
1. Leave kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Remove kit from the main plastic bag.
3. Fill a large pot with enough water to fully cover bag.
4. Place pot on stove.
5. Set stove to meduim-high.
6. Once there are bubbles in the bottom of the pot, place bag carefully into the pot.
7. Heat at a gentle boil for 30-40 minutes.
8. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F.
9. Carefully remove the bag and cut one corner of the bag to serve.
10. ENJOY!
Ingredients
1 Garlicky Shrimp Spaghetti Kit
Directions:
1. Leave kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Remove kit from main plastic bag.
4. Remove clear plastic lid from the baking tray.
5. Place baking tray in oven uncovered and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Carefully remove and stir, making sure pasta is covered with butter sauce.
7. Place back in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
8. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir again.
9. Sprinkle the enclosed shredded cheese over the pasta.
10. Bake for 5-10 mintues until cheese is melted. Cook time depends on oven.
11. Check internal temperature by inserting a digital thermometer into a shrimp, it needs to reach 145 degrees F.
12. Dish meal onto 2 plates and ENJOY!

Directions:
1. Leave kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Remove kit from main plastic bag. Do this gently so you don't poke holes in the oven bag. Optional: Remove contents from plastic bag and pour into a large casserole baking dish and cover. Continue to step 5.
4. Place oven boil bag onto a large baking tray.
5. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Gently shake/stir to cover the food with the sauce and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
7. Cook time depends on oven.
8. Check internal temperature by inserting a digital thermometer through the oven bag and into a shrimp, it needs to reach 145 degrees F.
9. Gently shake/stir to cover the food with the sauce.
10. Open bag carefully, watch out for steam! (It’s Hot!)
11. Pour food from bag to plate, table or platter and ENJOY!

Ingredients
1 Shrimp Boil Kit Pack
Directions:
1. Leave Seafood boil kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Fill a large pot with 3 quarts of cold water.
3. Bring water to a rolling boil.
4. Add seasoning included in boil kit.
5. Gently place the mesh bag with contents into the boiling water.
6. Begin cooking time. Water will stop boiling.
7. Cook for 8 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the sausage, it needs to reach 160 degrees F.
8. Remove mesh bag once correct internal temperature has been reached. Allow excess water to completely drain from the mesh bag.
9. Carefully cut the side of the mesh bag and dump into the shaker bag provided.
10. Melt the seasoned butter. If using a microwave do it in 10 second intervals, stirring until butter has melted.
11. Pour melted seasoned butter into shaker bag over cooked seafood.
12. Twist bag and shake until your food is fully coated with the seasoned butter.
13. Pour food from shaker bag to plate, table or platter and ENJOY!
Ingredients
1 Shrimp Burger Patty
Directions:
1. Place the burger patty at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes before
cooking.
2. Preheat one teaspoon of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
3. Cook the frozen patty for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
4. Check internal temperature by inserting a digital thermometer into a shrimp patty, it needs to reach 155 degrees F.
5. Place patty on toasted buns along with topping of choice.
